SusFlag isn't filtering anything on a search.

Open the popup. Confirm the toggle is on. If it is and you still see no badges, switch on Debug mode in Options, reload the search, and open DevTools console (F12). Each card SusFlag inspected will log a line. Copy that output and email it to support — most "not working" reports turn out to be a new eBay layout that needs new selectors.

Does it work on ebay.fr / .it / .es?

Yes — locale-aware feedback parsing is validated live on en, fr, it, and es. Italian's "Inserzione Contatto Diretto" Classified-Ad string is detected. Partial coverage on .co.uk, .de, .ca, .com.au; full validation rolling out post-launch.

Does SusFlag slow eBay down?

No measurable impact. The detector runs synchronously per card after eBay has rendered the listing — typical scan is under 5 ms per result. No network calls, no analytics pings.

How do I uninstall?

Right-click the SusFlag toolbar icon → Remove from Chrome. All settings are deleted with it. Within 7 days of a paid purchase you can request a refund — see the terms.

I want to whitelist a specific seller.

Per-seller allowlist is on the roadmap but not in v0.1.0. For now, switch to Dim mode in the popup — flagged listings stay visible (with a coral wash + reason badge) so you can still click through ones you trust.
