SusFlag is sold by SmithBuilder (not Google or the Chrome Web Store).

Product

SusFlag is a Chrome extension that filters or flags eBay listings based on seller-reputation rules chosen by you.

Pricing model

When monetization is enabled in the extension build:

• 7-day free trial from install date.
• Then a one-time payment of $3 USD for lifetime access.
• No recurring subscription.

If monetization is not yet enabled in the current build, the extension remains fully usable without payment.

Refund policy

• Full refund available within 7 days of purchase.
• To request a refund, email support@smithbuilder.app with your purchase email and reason.
• Typical response-time target: within 2 business days.

Payment processor

Payment is processed by ExtensionPay, a third-party billing service for Chrome extensions. Their terms and privacy policy apply to payment data. SusFlag itself receives only a paid/unpaid entitlement signal.
